Sacovitta

Increases the shelf life and the hygiene of fresh food.
Sacovitta has known how to combine a self-adhesive closure and a plastic interior, with the purpose of optimizing preservation of fresh products.
Sacovitta advantages:

  • Hygiene: Prevents leaking and unprotected exposure of food during transport.
  • Conservation: increases the shelf life of the butchers and delicatessens food *
  • Freezing: Enables to directly freeze the product. Its horizontal layout facilitates order in the freezer and speeds freezing and thawing processes.
  • Practical: Allows writing down dates or notes on the back side, while the clear plastic side shows the contents of each bag. Furthermore the self-adhesive closure allows the bag opening and closing several times.
  • Versatile: ideal for preserving and carrying all sorts of food: meat, fish, sausages, cheese, fruit, snacks, sandwiches, vegetables, etc…

Sacovitta has been developed in collaboration with the National Center for Food Technology Ebro-Labs.
